I heard about RSPCA pet cover and have been looking into it vigourously. It seems cheaper than its competitors and the quote for Wesley was $25 monthly for accident cover only, $55 for accident and illness cover and $63 for illness accident and routine care. The illness cover covers antibiotics if the dog ever needs them, and vet visits for things such as upset stomachs and ear infections is all covered by illness. The routine care covers check up visits as well and you have an allowance for flea and tick treatments, preventative care and behavioural constultants and all sorts of things. It seemed the best value around. You can choose between 70% and 80% cover, so these prices are for the 80% cover. (i also checked, getting cheeky items like toys and socks removed from dogs stomachs after they are eaten counts as accidental and is covered)
